In PAUSE’s first-ever end-of-life and grief resource fair, we’ve invited leading providers and organizations to showcase their work and offerings to support people through planning for end-of-life and finding support for grief.
We invite families, individuals, caregivers, and other practitioners to learn more about the options available to them directly from the providers themselves!
Curious about where to begin in your own planning? Wondering what the options are for the people you’re caregiving for or supporting? Not sure what kinds of services, offerings, and options might be the right fit based on your identity or needs? Join us!
