PAUSE Online is a private digital space for a global community of grievers to access custom resources.

We understand that Communities of Color are not only grieving personal losses. They are grieving the loss of extended community members, as well as experiencing anticipatory grief related to their own wellbeing and end of life experience.

PAUSE will launch as a dedicated community inspired by Forneret Co.’s PAUSE newsletter, which curates grief and mental health resources created for and by People of Color working in the end of life and grief fields.

PAUSE Online Offerings

PAUSE Online will provide

  • Community

    This private digital space will allow members to connect with each other, access premium resources (i.e. courses, downloads), and attend sessions with our community of POC leaders.

  • Care

    We know that sometimes people need resources that allow them to grieve alone. PAUSE online will offer resources for community care AND self-care, which will be available to all.

  • Content

    PAUSE online content will be generated by end of life and grief experts working in the field. Resources will be tailored to serve Communities of Color with culturally sensitive, safe, inclusive content.
